Bookkeeping services

Below are some of the common bookkeeping requests and tasks we complete for our clients.  If you need more or less, we will tailor your monthly service package to your needs.

We will enter your day-to-day transactions into your books in a timely manner. Depending on how many transactions you have, this could be daily, twice weekly, or weekly.  If you are brand new, maybe monthly.  It all depends on your needs.

We will do your invoicing and payment reconciliations.  Or just one or the other.  Whatever you need!

We will enter your bills to be paid and make sure they are paid on time.  

We will perform monthly close duties, to include reconciliations of bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.

We will prepare and file sales and use taxes on the schedule required by your locality.  We have extensive experience in these filings across many states.

We do a lot more than just these things.  Let us know your needs, and we'll be able to handle it.  Unless it's corporate tax.  But we can refer you!
